Question / Help 2PC Streaming Setup Help

I've looked at a lot of setup guides and have a good sense on how to generally get a 2PC streaming setup for twitch put together. However, I am trying to figure out the best way to actually hear all the audio in real time. I have the USB version of the Elgato HD60 device and have thought of the following options. Here is the base way the computers are set up:

Laptop/Gaming PC: Plays games full screen, HDMI out to Elgato, which connects via USB to streaming PC.

Stream PC:
USB in from Elgato
Software Running:
OBS
StreamLabs ChatBot
ROCCAT PowerGrid
LACHHH Tools

Mic and Mixer connects to stream pc via USB. Mixer does not have aux send/effects.

I KNOW that the Elgato will have a 580ms+ delay that I will need to time and offset. The issue I have is the best way to hear the game audio in real time while playing it and still be able to hear stream notifications and SFX from the streaming computer. I've thought through a few scenarios but, some of them don't allow me to do everything I'd like.

Setup Option A:
Send game audio over HDMI to streaming pc. Use mic through mixer and add the appropriate delay in OBS for the USB input. Connect headphones to stream computer.

Issue:
The game sound will be offset by the video/HDMI elgato delay and will be 7 seconds off from what I am playing on the gaming machine.

Setup Option B:
Send game audio over HDMI, connect a headset mic to Elgato mic-in, and connect headphones to streaming computer.

Issues:
Can't use better microphone through mixer, less control over sounds. STILL doesn't resolve sound delay for actual gameplay.

Setup Option C:
Connect headphones to gaming PC. Use windows setting to "mirror" the system audio to the HDMI output.

Issues:
Potential additional audio lag due to the mirroring process. Won't be able to hear any of the stream Follower notifications or SFX played through StreamLabs ChatBot

Setup Option D:
Connect a USB line out from Streaming Pc into one of the mixer line-ins for all system sounds. Connect USB line out from gaming PC into the mixer for game audio. Connect mixer line out into USB line in on streaming computer. Set ONLY audio source in OBS as the USB line in from the mixer with audio delay/offset for game video.

Issues:
Even with the offset, it might be hard to sync up the game audio with the video, which will look bad. This may actually cause an additional offset with graphics from LACHHH Tools because that plays as a browser source in OBS. Offsetting the audio from the mixer will also offset this audio which plays directly into the stream and that will be off. Unless I off-set the browser source by the same amount as the audio.(if that is even possible)

Right now I think that Option D is the best bet, but will take longer to "Dial In" to time with the game video. But, I am open to any suggestions you might have.

Thanks
