Welcome to one of the biggest problems and headaches with a 2PC setup: Audio.

That USB interface isn't designed for what you're trying to do.

The simple and less-good way to handle things is plug in the Line6 into your streaming PC. Set your gaming PC to output audio over HDMI, and capture that with your capture device on the streaming PC, set to Play to Desktop. Then you can hear the game (with a capture delay), and use your mic to talk to the stream.
The down side to this is that depending on your cap device, audio can lag a bit behind the action. If it's an older external Elgato for example, sound will be around 2 seconds behind. You'll also need a second mic for any in-game voice.

The better way is to sell the Line6 and buy a mixer with aux outs and a usb interface built in. At that point you could feed game system audio as a 2ch in and send an aux out to the gaming system via dual mono->minijack on the line or mic in ports, while sending main out (no 2ch) to the gaming PC via USB.
You can try using the line outs on the back of the UX2 to plug into the gaming PC on a mic channel for in-game VoIP, but I'm not sure if that device would take reference/line audio and mix it in. If it does then you'll get game audio on your in-game comms and speech autodetect will not work properly.

I've seen people using the ux2 with 2 pcs what do you think there doing? and i normally use the ux2 for the software it comes with i do use it a lot , is there a mixer that will allow me to use my ux2 at the same time?
