2PC how to get sub sound from streaming PC to gaming PC?

I have no idea, I've only ever made sounds on my gaming PC and sent them to my streaming PC.

What following/sub notification program are you using then, and how do you get it to show up on your stream PC's OBS if you're running them on your gaming computer?

What do you mean? A physical mixer or do you mean something else? Like sending the sound from the streaming PC back to the gaming PC? Can you do that with HDMI? I am already sending sound from gaming PC to streaming PC through HDMI.
