Hello,
This is my second time posting, unsure of what happened. Anyway, I am at my wits end trying to figure out my audio situation. I have a turtle beach Stealth 700 PS4 988D Stereo wireless headset. I don't have a whole lot of money at the moment so I'm having to rely on my headset to basically do everything for me in regards to streaming. I want to stream PS4 games and speak, but I can't figure out why it just isn't working for me. I can't get the mic to work, I can't hear sound from my PS4 (I had it once, kinda, but it was very very quiet.). I'm hoping some kind soul will assist me with this as I've spent days and have had to skip streaming because what's the point if no one can hear anything? hah.
I have seen in a couple of places that I might have to get a wired headset? I am just really hoping that I don't have to do that. Please let me know what I can do. Even if it's like really really simple troubleshooting. Treat me like I'm dumb because I'm really feeling that way ha.
