I have a question about using a 2nd computer (stream PC) to stream gameplay from my gaming PC.
Stream PC:
I have an onboard graphics card I think, the AMD 760G. I have a good CPU that will do fine when I stream since it's only for capturing. I also have the capture card already. AverMedia Live Gamer HD.
The Problem:
For some reason the FPS is always capping out at 20 even though I set it to 60. (The OBS/xsplit fps, not in-game) I also tried the same settings from OBS and tried it on xsplit and the same problem occured.
