Question / Help 2k streaming with 2 pc setting

I planing to buy 1 more pc to streaming(or gaming)
currently I have ryzen 1600x for gaming

2k60fps streaming on youtube
capture 2560x1080 from gaming pc, add some img on screen, add my webcam down below and lastly chat plugin

I have pretty high budget for streaming pc but I don't want overkill it


as I understand about cpu profile,
slower profile is better quality in same bitrate

what profile is best at (video quality/cpu load) ?
and which amd cpu is recommended?

or can threadripper handle 4k60fps slow profile in future streaming?

with that upload you could go for a hardware encoder of amd or nvidia and stream with that, btw you can already stream 4k60fps on youtube.

I want to someone help me to choose 2k60fps slower preset streaming pc cpu for better quality video

or amd vce is good? I have vega so vce 4.0 available

you can completly ignore the limits that youtube recommends. Just increase the bitrate till you get a good image.
