27.1.1 (64 Bit, Windows) -- "Enable Bandwidth Test Mode" checkbox issues

Just recently opened OBS after a few weeks and then obviously updating to the newest version. I also went ahead and deleted some old Profiles and Scene Collections.

I noticed shortly after, that "Enable Bandwidth Test Mode" doesn't seem to be staying checkboxed at all after being applied. So I don't know if this means the feature is currently on or off.

having the same issue. opened settings, check the box, close settings, run a test stream, end the test stream, go back into settings and the box is not checked. then when I went to Start Streaming I got the dialog box that is warning that bandwidth test is enabled
