27.0.0 png color incorrect with blender created file

So I’ve just updated and I’m finding my png renders from blender are displaying incorrectly in color

.mov is fine
.png re saved in ink space is fine

Tested on 2 macs

Have been using same files with no problem just seems to be the update

Similar issue reported in https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/png-images-displaying-incorrectly-after-update.144466/ with RGB 16 Bits/Channel files.
