I'm on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS and the issue seem to be with the GNOME desktop environment.
I installed KDE Plasma and window capture work there. So the issue seem to be with Gnome.
When I use Window capture in version 23.0.1 I get a black window when I'm trying to capture Chrome.
I have disabled hardware acceleration in Chrome.
It worked in version 22.0.2 but in 23.0.1 it suddenly stopped working.
Same thing when I try to capture Minecraft.
Since there are no game capture thing in the Linux version I had to use window capture.
But when I do window capture on Minecraft in 23.0.1 the capture is not even black, it's blank.
When I try to install 22.0.2 it says "E: Version '22.0.2-0obsproject1~bionic' for 'obs-studio' was not found"
