Question / Help 20 sec. delay on Audio echo

So when I stream I have about a 20 second delay on the echo that happens, it sounds terrible. I have no Idea how to fix this problem. I use the El Gato to capture my streams on the PS4 and i do have a webcam. Any settings that I could change to get rid of the delayed echo on stream??

Are you watching your own stream while streaming? That typically causes echo.
