Question / Help 20-25 FPS LOCK , plx Helps !

Today i started OBS and wanted to record a game...
And when i hit record i instantly drop to 20 FPS Ingame (before i had 500+ and recordet wit 60+)
Pls help me :(

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4430 CPU @ 3.00GHz
AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600

I fixed it <3
