2 track stereo sound not capturing

I'm using a sound blaster play three card to route my audio into my Macintosh 2018 Mac Mini Intel.

According to the gauges on obs it shows a separate left and right track but it shows the mix right down the middle.

And I'm using the Xbox One stereo test piped into the Sound blaster card before the Sound blaster card it's in perfect stereo but once it enters the Sound blaster card into the Mac it shows mixed down the middle.

Is that a limitation of OBS or is that a limitation of Apple? According to the Apple MIDI report, The Sound blaster Play 3 shows that there's two inputs and one hole and zero outputs in that same hole, and the other hole has two outputs and 0 inputs. The inputs work but it's mixed mono down the middle.

The OBS soundtrack is set to stereo, and only the Sound blaster could be panned left or right but it has no separation between the left and right.

What is going on?

I found out that only certain programs and certain authorized adapters can do stereo captures on analog TRS 3.5 mm.

The good news is I found a way around it by two sound cards from Sound blaster (or another brand if you prefer a different one). Get a 3.5 mm TRS to 2 RCA splitter send the left into one of the microphones send the left into another with a RCA female to TRS 3.5 mm in each slot, then slide the balance all the way to the left on the left side and same with the right and you got stereo audio inputs on a Mac. And you're just building a stereo microphone out of two mono microphones sort of like how you can build a 3D camera by using two 2D cameras. I consider this resolved and just posted up for my own information and for others' information that might need some help with this.

But yes I'm Macintosh only certain things could access stereo sound and it has to be approved by Apple. So even though the OBS can't accept stereo apple is preventing OBS from accepting cereal because it's not one of their professional sound and music making apps.
