Question / Help 2 Streaming pc setup w/ a notebook

Hello guys,I would like to ask you, if you have an idea how I could make a working setup with the following hardware:


Gaming PC:

• Motherboard: Sapphire pure black P67 hydra
• CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3.9 Ghz
• Graphics Card: ASUS GTX 560Ti DirectCU II (Need to upgrade, I know)
• Memory: 4GB Kingston HyperX 1600Mhz (Need to upgrade, I know)
• Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1 TB

Notebook:

Dell Latitude E4310
With an Intel i5
4gb of ram
integrated graphics card.

I assume that Latitude thing is a Laptop. In that case your only option would be an external capture card, for example Avermedia Live Gamer Portable or Elgato Game Capture HD.
Is the i5 on your laptop "new" enough so its integrated graphics chip can run OBS?
