The 2nd problem is that it wont let me update it.

Reason: Couldn't load manifest file

And the multi-adapter thingy is already off.. And I tried deleting and putting game capture on and it still doesn't work

Update your OBS by downloading it from the site.

Update it manually by downloading the latest from the Download link at the top of the page here.

Disable multi-adapter compatibility in the game capture source. And also use quicksync/qsv as the encoder.

Forums are a naturally-slower method of communication. Also, everyone who helps here (myself included) are volunteers, and are not paid to help you, so have some patience.

Remove game capture and try display capture instead. Since your PC is extremely weak and does not have a proper graphics card, game capture is unable to function properly.
