Hello, been streaming on twitch for a couple of years on the regular OBS and decided to swap to OBS Studio, However I'm running into two semi- important problems that I can't figure out, if anyone has any advice it'd be greatly appreciated

Problem #1: any game that I try to stream is Running at below 60 FPS in game but is being captured in 60 FPS (I'll put both my hardware specs and Internet speed below in case those actual are the problem but it was working fine for me in regular OBS)

Problem #2: Some games just won't work with the Capture Game feature, for example CS:GO would capture fine but when trying to stream Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor I'd have to play in borderless windowed mode and capture the entire screen

Hardware Specs:

Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz

Video Card
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

RAM
16 GB

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 14393), 64-bit

Internet Speed:

Download Speed

110.33 Mbps

Upload Speed
11.22 Mbps

Some games don't support game capture, you could try using window capture. But you may have to do monitor capture (like you are) depending on the game. (I don't know about Middle-Earth)

I don't really understand what your FPS problem is but...If you are streaming to twitch, they only allow 30fps for non partnered users. I don't think that's your problem but just in case. Also you may want to get an actual graphics card instead of using integrated graphics.

Other than that I can't really help you without a log or a video to look at
