Bug Report -2 pixels off width with non 16:9 resolutions

Doing raw local recordings of my console games upscaled to 1030X720, despite having the video resolution set to the aforementioned and no scaling, its actually recorded at 1028X720, and I've tried with other similar resolutions, 858X600 etc. same aspect ratio, and still -2 pixels. Also tried different codecs, same thing. Attached logs for more details which does indeed show "output resolution: 1028x720". I guess for now simply set it to 1032X720.

1030 is not dividable by 4, only by 2. Some encoders require a resolution dividable by 4.

Ah okay, I'll go with 1028 then, thanks for the info.

OBS Studio uses its own restrictions of the canvas sizes (previously was based on planes conversion shaders that were in use before v24). As for the encoders and FFmpeg itself - it is better to keep horizontal size multiply of 32.
