Question / Help 2 PC Stream Setup Capture Card

I'm using my laptop as my stream computer, it has an i7 and I know it will be able to handle just csgo, just need it separated to stop my refresh rate from dropping.

What capture cards can I use that just need a usb? Everything I see is only able to work in a tower and I don't want the capture card in the tower, I want it to work usb from a laptop. Any suggestions?

Make sure the device you use is USB 3.0, or you're going to have a bad time. And even USB 3.0 devices are inferior to PCIe. It would be better to build a desktop to do what you want.

I've never used one myself but the Micomsoft XCAPTURE-1 seems to be well regarded in general.
