Hmm - to be honest with you I am not sure. I am going to guess it's something to do with your capture card but I am only saying that because there are no errors in your logs.

Darks Souls is well known for having problematic graphical quality on PC so not sure if it's the best game to make a judgement on but it looks great through Game Capture on the same machine which kind of points to the capture card again.

PS4 bear in mind that's probably 30fps at source so different from your PC

Hi, have you managed to figure it out? I'm having the same issue, slight choppiness no matter what i do. It just doesn't feel like it's running at 60fps.

Elgato sent me something called 3PS driver to try, but I haven't had time to try it yet. They also said to put Windows power plan to High Performance. Then they sent me another "fix" file to install to fix webcam issues from Windows 10 update. They also said to try to test using the Elgato capture software instead of OBS. Finally, they stated that the HD 60 pro is designed to capture gaming consoles and not every PC will work. If I get time i will test this new driver and see what happens. However, the quality isn't much better from 1 PC to 2 PC for me, so I don't know if I'm even that worried about it. It does capture my game consoles fine.

Okay, so I installed the new 3PS driver and webcam fix file they sent me. I did just a quick "record" test but didn't have time to test stream. The recording looks great, but I will test with streaming later as this may make a difference.

Another thing I discovered while researching is to run the games in Windowed mode instead of full screen mode, so that may have helped this time. I'll let you know more as I get time to test. The only other thing is I got to figure out how to re-setup the audio. I use the elgato audio program on both computers and followed a youtube video and had my game audio and mic audio going to the streaming PC, but I must have changed something and need to fix that.

Thank you for the updates. I will try and contact them for the 3ps driver. For audio, Voicemeeter works great for me
