2 pc setup for AV1 encoding with 1 system not able to AV1, but the other is....

Okay, my 2 systems for a 2 pc streaming setup:

First:

CPU: AMD 7800x3d
GPU: Merc 310 7900xtx
Mobo: MSI PRO B650-P WIFI
RAM: 32g ddr5 5600
PS: 850 watt 80+ gold

Second:
AMD 5950x
nVidia 3080ti
GIGABYTE X570S AORUS MASTER
32g ddr4 3600
1000 watt 80+ Plat

I do not have a capture card. I use NDI or OBS Teleport (going to). I want to encode with the AV1 codec (I know I can with the 7900xtx) to send to Youtube while streaming to Twitch as well. I have a 2g fiber connection with a 2.5g switch (both comps capable).

My question is: How do I configure the hardware of these two comps to take my stream from my gaming computer to the stream/encoding computer so that I can encode in with the AV1 codec? Do I just switch the GPU's, put the 3080ti in my first computer, send the gameplay/audio to the second with the 7900 xtx to encode in AV1 and leave the rest alone? I have multiple m.2 ssd's in each comp, so space isn't a problem. I'm gaming and want to stream in 1440p, both gpu's are capable of that, as well. Thank you for any help, very much appreciated.

AV1 is not supported on 30-Series for encoding. It is on 40-Series and newer for Nvidia

I do understand that. I can't stream from my primary pc using the 3080ti to the secondary and use the 7900 xtx there to encode in AV1? I'm not encoding on my gaming pc, I'm sending it to the secondary to encode.
 
NDI, I always install NDI Tools on both PC's (NDI runtime install not needed, it's included with tools).
I get it working as intended. After that's out of the way, I install the Distro plugin on both PC's, open OBS, enable NDI & it's always worked for me.

I never used Teleport but seems like it works as intended & is a good option to NDI . Install the plugin on both PC's to test.

Sorry, upon reading what I posted, I think I have worded it wrong. I already have and know how to do a 2 pc stream setup. I'm using the two computers above in a setup already. Have for a few years now.

AV1 codec has come out and I want to use it. The 7900 xtx can encode it, 3080ti can only decode it. I just want to know if I game on the 3080ti, send it to a second pc through obs/ndi with the 7900 xtx in it, can I use that pc to encode it in AV1.
 
Specs might say yes, but you tell me, it's your rig. No AMD running anywhere here to test. Make sure your driver is updated.
