Hello, i have here very sad problem. I bought new stream PC, for streaming 1080p/60fps and i emerged 2 big problems.
Problem #1
When i set 1080p/60fps/Slower i get epic lags, my CPU usage only 30-35% but the stream still lags.

If i set 720p/60fps/slow or 1080p/60fps/slow ,how i see, all fine.

Because of what this can happen? And how can this fix?
Problem #2
My capture card incorrectly conveys the color of some things.
Here is an example
This is original color
And so it shows my capture card
If I drag this window on the monitor, the text color can change, to blue, etc.
I also found that if I change the monitor resolution to any other than 1920x1080, this bug disappears.
My Stream PC Setup:
Intel Core i9 - 7940X
ASRock Fatal1ty X299 Gaming K6
1200W Gigabyte XP1200M
2Tb SATA-III Seagate Enterprise Capacity (ST2000NM0055)
