2 pc set up sound issue

hee everybody
i run a 2 pc setup because obs is laggy when i stream and game from my gaming pc
i now have a laptop to run obs and captur my gameplay via external capture card (usb in laptop, hdmi cable from capture card to game pc)
basicly everything runs fine but my audio is screwed.
it sounds very roomy like i am talking in a big empty bathroom trough a can
second issue ... my recodings and streams look very laggy/pixely

who knows how to solve both issues?

recodings is recordings
 
so i solved the sound issue
now for the gamelag
but that is a thing i might be able to solve too without the help of somebody here
