Hello guys,
I am planning on have a 2 PC stream set up, my first PC is excellent for gaming,but for streaming the CPU can get worked up a little bit, so it hit me, why not use my old PC for to stream and my good pc for gaming, of course I am aware for the procdure to do so, but I want to get your opinion guys if my old PC would be good to have it be the streaming PC.
Gaming PC/New PC specs:
i5 6600 K 3.5 GHz
1070 GTX Strix OC 8GB
16 GB RAM DDR5
Motherboard: Gigabyte H170 Gaming 3
Windows 10
Streaming PC/Old PC:
i5 2500K 3.3 GHZ
MSI - GeForce GTX 1050 2GB Video Card
Asus P8b75
16 GB RAM DDR3
Windows 10
My upload speeds are about 12 Mbps so it is good enough for 1080P 60 FPS, as of right now the only thing I can stream is 720P 60FPS since my CPU gets overworked so that is why I am trying to do a multi-PC streaming set up, I am just not sure if my old PC is good enough to be used just to stream.
