2. PC for streaming & recording

Hello people of this forum.

I have a more or less simple question about a double PC Setup for Twitch streaming and recording for Youtube.

I would like to purchase a second PC that is dedicated to streaming and recording at the same time. Since we all know how hard (or expensive) it is to buy a decent graphics card rn, I would like to stream at 16-18kbitrate and record at the same time. (20-30kbitrate so that I have better quallity for making Youtube Videos out of the streams since I stream mainly fps games)

So basically my question is would it work to stream and record with the second PC at the same time using for example a i5-10400 or a i5-12600K?
How much do CPU cores matter? will it even work or would that be to much to handle for a CPU alone?

https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/3szjVc (This is the setup I currently use and encode only the stream with the 3070 which already has a impact on fps, with the CPU its somehow even worse for the ingame fps)

Thanks in advance for any help you peeps can give me. :)

with my Ryzen 5 5800 can only encoding one stream per CPU i mean the best idea is buy an old 660 GTX and use the GTX and the CPU

I always recommend the Quadro T400 because it's $140 and has the last gen Nvenc... It can encode 3 streams at once. Quicksync on the Intel chips can also record multiple but I don't know how many
