Hey hey!

I would like to have OBS running twice on my machine....why? - better than fraps, i can customize the recording and remove my voice from the local recording.

OBS 1 window - The game - Wsplit - MUTE MY VOICE - HQ settings (720p+) local recording - a logo if i wanted

OBS 2 window - The game - Wsplit - Voice active - Camera - LQ settings (because of upload speed)

i'm sure this is possible.....perhaps, as a lot of programs you could just change the folder name or the application name, copy over to a second harddrive and it loaded the app up twice - For instance C:/OBS.exe - >> copy and play the OBS folder into a different harddrive - rename it OBS2 - F:/OBS2.exe loads - therefore 2 versions of OBS will be loaded - i tried this, unfortunately it doesn't work because of the way it loads the application.....i think.

Any ideas? i do not want to use game capture software because they only capture the game, i want and need it too capture the Wsplit window AS WELL. :/

You can use -profile too and it'll save your settings independently. So you can copy your OBS folder and install it somewhere else and it won't have to load the same settings at startup. I do this myself but use the 32 bit version to capture to disk, the 64 bit version to stream, each with different settings.
