Question / Help 2 Logitech c310s at the same time?

Hello. I recently purchased two logitech c130 webcams for my livestream on twitch, one for a handcam and the other for a facecam. When i have both webcams plugged in, each camera will work properly on its own with other programs, but in OBS whichever cam i register in a scene first will work and the other will not. OBS recognizes that the camera is there, and is trying to tell me that the camera is working, but there is no video going through. The lights on goth cameras to tell me that they are running are on, but OBS is not showing me video from one of the cameras. any help is appreciated and I can give any more information if needed.

I am trying to run 4 cams and I have not found a good way to do it yet. Did you try to add both cameras to global sources?
