Question / Help 2 laptop setup, capture card worth ?

Hey guys, I have a new laptop for gaming ASUS ROG and really like to stream, it's ok with csgo or league of legends, but I want to go for heavy games like H1Z1 that needs all my laptop power.
If I buy a USB capture card to pass through screen to another laptop to stream, will it help me to hold all my gaming pc power ? As I know all encoding process goes to 2nd laptop ? Please help me...
And what card would you buy ?

you are working with the wrong equipment. laptops do not make good streaming machines. get a dedicated desktop rig and use a PCIE capture card.
