Question / Help 2 instances recording broke? (Separate game/facecam)

I used to run 2 sessions of obs 64bit and record my webcam with one and the game with the other, but since I recently updated obs this has been an issue.

It seems that obs isn't recording/saving the file from the second instance and only recording one of them.

Any clues how to fix this?
 
In my experience running more than one instance of Studio at once leads to issues.

I'd recommend using a separate software to record facecam. OBS classic could work quite well.
