Question / Help 2 INSTANCES OF OBS (BROADCASTING TO DIFFERENT SITES) HELP

I can run 2 instances of OBS. I want one to go just to my facebook live page. I want the other to go to my restream. I can run 2 instances, but I can't share the webcam/audio to the 2nd instance (the restream one). Or is there a way I can copy just import the live feed into the 2nd instance? Or do i need another webcam plugged in, and another audio in source? I don't want to pay the $15.00 a month for restream because I don't use it that often. I guess I could use another laptop lol Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
