Question / Help 2 in 1: Problem and questsion.

Problem: I've been noticing that OBS has been crashing a lot for me lately. At least once when I stream, and sometimes up to 3 times in a single session. I don't know what's causing it to be honest. I mostly stream Runescape, so it doesn't require anything fantastic to run. The log file I attached is the most recent crash (today).

Question: I'm just wondering what my optimal stream settings would be. I have an intel core i7 4770, 12gb ddr3 ram, Nvidia GTX 645. 50mb down, 10mb up. Not sure what other information I'd need to post, but if more is needed just let me know, and I'll provide.

That log is just the regular OBS Log, not the crash.
The crashlog is in %appdata%\obs\crashDumps

Oh my apologies. I honestly didn't know the difference. I found the actual crash files, but it seems I'll have to upload the .txt file, and the .dmp files separately.

Never mind. It seems I can't upload the .dmp file because it exceeds the 1mb limit (the file is 1,638kb).
