2 Cameras

I was able to before it was noticed with the current update (28.0.3), run multiple cameras at once, and never had any issues. Now, I can run only one camera at a time and cannot easily switch between them.
Example: If I have the webcam (HP Built-in) active, then switch to a 1080P or UVC external camera, I must deactivate the built-in webcam first, then activate the other camera I want to use. There is no easy way to do this without some really bad signal interruption. I can't have this in a church presentation, or for a business setting. I've run this (OBS) before with up to 4 cameras and with no issues (confusing, but doable).
Drivers and all that are current and up to date. I've been using OBS for years, so I'm relatively familiar with it, but I've never seen this type of issue before. I think it's a simple coding error. Can someone smarter than me take a look at it?
Thanks

I'm having this same issue when I was using the earlier versions, I use an old android with the droidcam app and never had a problem until now. I downloaded an older version of OBS and still having an issue adding my android as a second camera.
