Question / Help 2,5-3 MB upload 1500 bitrate and frame drops

Hi guys i want to stream on hitbox.tv but i have problem with frame drop my upload is between 2,5-3MB even when i set up bitrate on 1500 i have frame drops.With 2,5-3 mb upload i should be able to stream with 2000 bitrate. I upload my log file.I hope guys you can help me :)
