Question / Help 2-3 Fps In OBS Preview and Recording After New 23.0.0 Update

I just updated to the newest version of obs 23.0.0 and my recording and preview fps is 2-3. My settings are exactly the same as they were on the last version of OBS.
My specs are an i7-4790s and a gtx 750 i use faster h264encoding at 720 60 which my computer can more then handle only peaking at about 70% utilization in windows and i never drop any frames during my streams. Can you help and tell me why its capped at 2-3 fps.

You've got way too many filters and sources which is overloading your GPU. Please create a new scene collection and only use the capture card and see if it still persists.

Can you restart OBS Studio after recording and post Last Log instead of current one (full log).
