Hey! So I run OBS just fine, no lag, frame issues, or anything like that. However, my delay between me and my viewers is at least 15 seconds. Is this normal? I know that a 4-5 second is normal, and I would be very happy with that, I don't need an instant stream. Is there a way to get my delay lower? My delay is set to 0 in OBS

Are you streaming to Twitch? If so, yes, that is normal. Since Twitch switched to their new streaming format, 15-20 seconds delay has become normal.
If you want to stream with less delay, you might consider trying another streaming service, like Hitbox for example. They should be in the 4-5 second range.
