Question / Help 144hz vs obs

I had 144hz monitor and i feel not fluing with obs.

I Puted on 61-120fps entrys but not effect.

Streaming at 144 FPS is likely not possible on commodity hardware, let alone worthwhile since 99% of viewers will likely be using a 60 Hz panel. Just pick 30 or 60 FPS.

Rich, I think im not be very specific.

My setup I stream 720p @ 60fps faster preset

happens that since got my 144Hz monitor, it seems that when I start to stream the game is no longer with the same frequency.

for those who watch the stream is normal, the problem is that I'm playing for.
