Question / Help 144hz recording issues

So, I'm running an Asus VG248QE and the latest update of OBS classic. I'm recording at 15000kbps, 1080p 60fps and it's producing choppy files. I know my specs have got nothing to do with this. Is there a fix for this? (I don't have the option to enable Aero, let alone disable it.)

You have practically zero duplicated frames. Are you sure it isn't your player that's making it choppy?

A few tweaks I would make: 15000 bitrate with NVEnc is probably a bit low. I capture 1080p60 using NVEnc at 30000, and in the past used 20000 (but I could notice a slight quality deficit). Anyways I recommend increasing the bitrate unless you're limited on your hard drive space.

The keyinterval of 30 on a framerate of 60 doesn't make much sense (probably). Change it to auto, unless you have a specific reason otherwise.

Finally, turn CFR on. You're making recordings and no video editor I'm aware of works properly with variable framerate video.
