Question / Help 1300 Bitrate Resolution

My current upload speed is 1.5mb and using twitch calculations i can run around 1300 bitrate, i wanted to ask what the best kind of resolution i could be looking at without interruptions? (If its even possible with this upload speed)

I would seriously consider upgrading your internet upload speed. 1300 bitrate is very low and will not look good. This will deter most all possible viewers. I was playing this 'game' with pubg bouncing around 2500-3500 bitrate and it just doesnt cut it. Upgraded my internet, stream is at 6000 bitrate now and everything is great.
