12gen i7 enough?

Sorry if this is a repost, I've searched a bit and not been able to find exactly my question.

So my current rig died (i5 10th gen with RTX3070 and 64 gig DDR4).
I'm looking for a new machine but funds are limited. Is an i7 12th gen with no discrete GPU good enough to do what I use OBS for?

I have inputs from 2 cameras (1 document camera showing a book and 1 slr showing me). I use chromakey for greenscreen for the slr input. I stream live to youtube and record locally at 1080. So is a tenth gen intel or nearly equivalent Ryzen good enough or must I have a discrete GPU?
If so is a 3050 enough?
Thanks in advance!

You can encode with the CPU's iGPU I've streamed his summer on an old i5-6300 laptop with two cams and am now setting it up with three cams

Hey thanks for responding ! Do you do any chroma key (green screen) live? I have no idea how demanding this is. Also to be clear i use both cameras at the same time with one of them having green screen removed (so it looks like I'm over the book text).

Thanks a bunch for your input
