10G PCIe not works with OBS???

Hi there, we are some fresh working whit OBS, and we have a problem, we try to send our transmission to Yotube by OBS, using a Restream service to share other plattforms to, but, OBS dont connect whit my PCI 10G Adapter, we have the questions if OBS is compatible whit these, or if only work with 1Gb ethernet connection??? Thanks for your help!!!
