Hey guys i have a few questions. i have been making youtube content on 1080p. my raw file size is about 1.30gb for 15 mins, now when i render the file its about 4.77gb with my current settings and the video looks amazing on my computer but when i upload to youtube it destroys my file. im going to attach a screenshot of my settings maybe i am doing something wrong? I even think that uploading the raw file gives me better quality.
I also disable Resample and reduce interlace flicker.
Software
recording - OBS
edit/render - sony vegas pro 12

Questions:
Should i use CBR for local recording or should i use quality balance: 10?
Am I using the right bit rate to record at 20k or should i use 8k?
Is the custon encoder settings like good or should i use something else? example: crf=0 vbv-maxrate=0 vbv-bufsize=0
Are my proyect settings and render settings ok?

1. crf=X overrides Quality Balance.
2. If you want highest quality then set the buffer to 0 and it will use as high bitrate as necessary.
3. crf=0 is unecessary, crf=15 looks perfect to me, I could probably even put it higher (higher number, lower quality).
