I have a pk920h A4tech Webcam and I am experiencing laggy output when recording and even when you click configure video the exposure is "AUTO SET" to -6 and even you change it. It goes back to that.
The issue is in this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hX9DP8Ux9xNc0IHTNm59MHa8Iv06mj69/view?usp=sharing
Here are my settings.

Hi, I have a pk910h and I have the exact same issue. this was not an issue on my older PC just 2 weeks ago upgrading my CPU/GPU/Mobo/Ram and since then windows has somehow made the exposure stuck at -7 (-6 when I try to move it)

I had a similar problem and fixed it. Although, it'll require you to log in to linux and download a program called guvcview which is a webcam software in linux. You can download Linux Mint or any distro and make a bootable USB without having to install it to your PC (Search YouTube on how to do this). Once you boot into it, download guvcview from the internet or application manager. Once you do, open the app and change the exposure mode to manual and adjust the exposure from there. It should work afterwards. This took me around a week to figure out, hopefully this helps anyone!
