Question / Help 1080p black bars on the side, Help! [resolved]

hi guys i am setting up OBS to record on 1920x1080p 30 fps. How ever i keep getting black bars on the side of my video once i look on the file, is there any settings im missing? (Screen shot of Settings)

Video Encoding
Use CBR - unchecked
Quality Balance: 10
Max Bitrate: 20000
Enable CBR Padding - Grayed
Use Custom Buffer Size - Unchecked
Buffersize: Grayed

Audio Encoding
Codec: AAC
Format: 48khz Stereo
Bitrate: 320

Video
Custom: 1920 x 1080
Resolution Downscale: None
Filter - Grayed
FPS: 30
Disable Aero - Checked

Advance
General
Use Multithreaded Optimizations - Checked
Process Priority Class: Normal
Scene Buffering Time: 400
Allow other modifiers on hotkeys - Checked

Video
x264 CPU Preset: Veryfast
x264 Encoding Profile: high
Keyframe Interval: 0
Use CFR - Checked
Custom x264 Encoder Settings - Checked, crf=22


am i setting something wrong?

could you upload a 2 min vid?

also you can actually set your bitrate to 1000 and buffer to 0

What resolution is the content that you are streaming?

I think the problem was my video player because I am not seeing the bars my mistake I think I double checked wrong hahaha thanks for the replies!
