Question / Help 1080p/60fps, 720p/60fps AMD VCE recording help

Hello,

Can anyone help me how to start recording at 1080p/60fps, 720p/60fps with good quality using AMD VCE? The videos i make are blurry(or grainy) and i am not sure why even though i set it at 720, is that bit rate related? Using R9 290 and an i7 for the hardware.
