Question / Help 1080p 30fps stream seems..slow?

Whenever I stream at 1080 30fps it looks slow and not smooth, like sometimes it'll look like it drops frames even though in the log it says there were no dropped frames, it's strange. I tried to downscale to 720p 60fps it looks real smooth but the blurryness is just horrible. If anyone knows how to fix this or what the problem is, your help would be greatly appreciated. :)

try disabling your sli

also wouldnt really suggest streaming 1080p30 nor 720p60

your notebook is quite nice but its still just notebook cpu ;) i'd say 720p30 is the way to go

Thank you so much for the reply :) & Sorry I should have mentioned, I don't play games on this pc. I have an external capture card hooked up to it to stream my actual gaming pc. & this laptop doesn't have sli the reason it's getting the weird reading is because my pc has the "optimus technology" which is basically something where you can switch your gpu from the high performance one to the integrated to save battery life and I have it all set on the high performance.

make sure your capturecard is set correctly some of them cant do 1080p30/720p60

I have the xcapture-1 and it can do up to 1080/60, so I wouldn't think that would be a problem.

then make sure that you set your capture card correctly those also have their own settings

Call me crazy, but your vod looks perfectly fine. Seems perfectly normal for a 30fps stream.
