Question / Help 1080 or 720?

Can someone send me screen shots on their mac settings for obs to get it with for 1080 or 720 quality?

Just go into OBS>Settings>Video and change the base resolution and scaled resolution to 1280x720. I do not recommend to use 1920x1080, not worth it to stream at that.
