Question / Help 100 usage cpu

I looked in the task manager and when I open obs the cpu comes to 98-99% only opening the program. Can this be solved? because it's not normal, the processor I have is not old and this problem is only on obs, I tried with other programs and don't give me any problem. Idk what should i do :(
