Question / Help 100% Drop FPS with High End Computer

So I have a Mac Pro with the ATI Radeon, and I just cant steam with OBS, I have try everything and I still get 100% to 90% FPS drop.

My computer specs are Xeon 3.3 GHZ with 96GB in RAM, and ATI VEGA Pro Duo II with 32 GB.

I already know its not firewall issues since I have stream with other computers. So here I am clueless, I have try almost every guide out there and still having huge drop.

When I record it has 0 Issue. I know my connection has no issues since I have upload 150Mb

Any pointers will appreciate it.

This is what I get:

If you are on MacOS, you probably should be asking in the Mac Support section, rather than the Windows section. You'll also want to include a logfile of a live streaming session where the issue took place; we really do need those to troubleshoot this sort of issue.

I forgot to mention is Bootcamp, so I am under Windows. Just wanted to clear out it was a Mac Computer.
