Question / Help 100% CPU Usage

When I am streaming and I look at my tank manager to see my CPU Usage most of the time I will see 100%. Is running your CPU at 100% bad for your CPU/stream? Or is that normal because you're streaming? When I am at 100% usage, I don't lag in game or on stream just to note.
 
Post a Log please. In general when your CPU is maxed out its bad for the overall performance since there could be certain hickups or stutters ingame or on stream, but for the cpu itself its no issue as long as the temps are in check
