Here is the log which says all you guys need to know really.
My question is:
Does my CPU/GPU is that bad that i can't stream Dota 2 60fps 1280/720?
I tried to change the settings like 50 times and only if i set the preset to ultrafast, and lower my fps to 30, then my CPU load up to 90% only.
I even reinstalled my OS in order to figure it out but nothing is changed.
