Im running OBS on a laptop that is a few years old, and Im using Elegato Cam Link 4K via USB 3.0. The video off the camera is in 4K, which OBS downconverts to 1080P. I currently have the bitrate at 5000 kbits and the sound at 160. I was fine for a while, but updates happen often on both the camera firmware and also the OBS software. Since the last month my sound has been out of sync (without changing any settings) with the picture. The sound delay is around 10 seconds behind the picture. I also have the OBS software set to a built in stream delay of 20 seconds. I tried streaming at 4K with no difference in the delay. What am I missing here to fix the audio issue? It was working normal for the longest time, up until recently. Windows 11 software.
