It's a trust issue with new users. We don't know yet if you're legitimate or a spammer. If you keep posting stuff that the rest of us don't feel the need to report, the timer will go away soon enough.
Unfortunately this is necessary to prevent spammers, they post legitimate looking threads and then edit it to fill it with spam links after it has dropped off the new posts.
